About Me

I've been a professional coach since July 2016. For nearly seven years, I've had the honor of helping individuals in many areas, including personal identity, making more money in their careers, healing from broken relationships, breaking away from negative core beliefs, & putting the brakes on self-sabotaging habits. All of that said, I'll never proclaim that I've got it all together because, honestly... who does?

In the coaching space, I hold an ACC Credential from the International Coaching Federation, the leading authority on life coaching worldwide. I also own multiple other certifications that are both ICF and non-ICF-Accredited, which have only deepened my understanding, expertise, and love for coaching. On top of being a coach, I'm a Facilitator through Certified Life Coach Institute, which is an ICF-accredited school responsible for the training & certification of aspiring life coaches. I've had interviews and talks about life coaching published in Medium/Authority Magazine and Mindbodygreen, and I have had the chance to speak about the more personal side of my entrepreneurial journey through Circles Up. I am always seeking more opportunities to speak on leadership and coaching as I pursue my PCC Credential.

Through a working combination of tools and exercises derived from methodologies such as cognitive behavioral coaching, executive coaching models, my in-house model known as Project S.C.A.L.E.™, and the lost-yet-powerful art of shutting up and listening, I help leaders gain clarity on what it means to steward their times and teams well so they can increase meaningful performance, communicate more effectively, minimize “busy work,” and be the leaders both they and their teams need them to be.

Outside of my life coaching world, I am a two-time World Champion in Solo Exhibition Drill, a former lead training consultant through Drill-Team Dynamics, and a former drill instructor/honorary officer in the South Sudanese People’s Defense Forces, where my mission involved building the nation’s very first silent drill team out of their Chaplaincy Corps. That chapter put my leadership philosophy to the test like no other experience before, and it was a personal and professional honor to be in such a space. I'm also happily married to the love of my life and a devoted follower of Christ. I understand that not everyone comes into coaching with the same beliefs-- let alone with the desire to discuss their religious beliefs. As such, you can rest assured that I will always choose to respect and honor all people from all walks of life, no matter where they are.

As a coach, beyond individual goals, everyone deserves a space to be fully seen and heard, and as we work together to accomplish the goals you set out to achieve, you can expect to receive that space. The same passion, competency, and intentionality I put into winning championships, training soldiers, and learning my coaching craft will be the same you get as your coach.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you.

"I don't think I could have been paired up with anyone else in the world that would be better than you." -Kyle Cruickshank.
